For incoming students, this summer camp will introduce the basic concepts of the hobby and prepare them for participation in the club for the 2021-22 school year.

Drone Camp 

This two week camp will introduce, instruct, and develop participants into responsible and educated drone pilots. We will explore the various aspects of drone piloting including equipment, safety, piloting skills, site/field evaluation, and footage editing.

Camp participants will fly simulators during the first week and then graduate to actual drone piloting at the Saint Anthony’s High School Campus. Students will also spend time learning about basic aeronatical concepts using plane building simulators.  For more information about the camp, please contact Mr. Mescallado at droneclub@stanthonyshs.org.

** Due to equipment needs, this program is limited to the first 16 students to register. **

** Students will receive an email the weekend prior to the start of class with directions for arrival to school.

Age Group:  Rising 9th graders to 12th grade
