Boys & Girls Rowing

The St. Anthony’s varsity crew coaching staff offers the Learn to Row camp which provides novice rowers the opportunity to learn the sport, compete, and hone their talents.

Girls Basketball

This camp will focus on the fundamentals of ball handling, passing, shooting and rebounding, as well as offensive and defensive principles.

Girls Cheerleading

Small group instruction will be led by present and former S.A.H.S. cheerleaders. Campers will learn through instructional classes in sidelines, cheers, jumps, dances, and stunting.

Girls Lacrosse

This camp is open to all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. Emphasis will be given to stick work, offensive and defensive techniques as well as dodging, shooting, and goalie play.

Girls Soccer

This camp will concentrate on fundamental soccer tactics of dribbling, shooting, passing, ball control, heading and goalie play.

Girls Softball

The staff of high school coaches and college players will instruct campers on all facets of the game including: hitting, fielding, pitching, and team play.

Girls Volleyball 

Individuals will be first broken into groups/teams by grade level and then skill level. Individual and team competition will be used to sharpen player’s skill.

Speed,Strength, and Conditioning Program

This is a 4-week athletic training program meant to prepare athletes for high school sports. Running, jumping, stretching exercises will be stressed with plenty of competition. All skill levels welcome!

Girls Tennis 

The St. Anthony’s varsity tennis staff will take the intermediate and experienced player through a specific itinerary of skill based drills as well as single and doubles competitions.
