*We are offering our VAST camp for speed, strength, and conditioning training for $175 for as many sessions as you would like to attend - 16 total sessions*

**All Friar Sports Campers must have our medical consent form filled out and signed by both a parent/guardian and the physician. This document provides proof of updated physical and immunizations. You can upload it to your parent dashboard or bring it on the first morning of camp at registration**
