Yoga and Mindfulness for Student-Athletes
Instructor: Chrissy Schreiber – Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
Flexibility, mental and physical strength, and focus are all important characteristics of the world’s best athletes. During this course, each student will learn a variety of yoga poses, how to meditate and how to incorporate breathing techniques in their daily lives. Over this course, we hope to create mental, physical and emotional strength in each student. We will give them tools to manage stress, breath fully and feel great in their own skin.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9am
