Conditioning Program
This is a six-week athletic training program meant to prepare athletes for the beginning of the fall sports season.
Individuals will be first broken into groups/teams by grade level and then skill level. Individual and team competition will be used to sharpen
player’s skill.
This two-week course will offer ninth, tenth or eleventh grade students the opportunity to conduct a short-term experiment and learn the techniques necessary to write and deliver a research paper.
